250g Annabel’s strawberries

How to Make it
Take strawberries and carefully slice very thinly on a mandolin or using a super sharp knife (take care)!
Place on a tray lined with silicon baking paper, dust with a little icing sugar and put in a low oven at 50°C for 3 hours or until dried allow to rest and carefully peel off paper using a palette knife and fingers.
Place in an airtight container and use as garnish or healthy sweets for the children – they wont last long!
