Strawberry & Spinach Salad


  •  1 Bag of baby spinach

●  Generous handful of Annabel’s Deliciously British Strawberries

●  1⁄2 cup crumbled cheese​ (we used feta, but goats cheese, gorgonzola, blue cheese will

all pair beautifully)

●  1⁄4 cup walnuts

●  2 tbs olive oil

●  1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

●  1 tsp Canadian Maple Syrup

●  1 tsp Dijon Mustard

●  Salt/pepper to taste

How to Make it

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt, pepper until finley combined.

  2. Combine spinach, sliced strawberries, cheese and walnuts. Toss with dressing and serve, or if you prefer plate the salads and serve dressing on the side.
